Subscription Policy

Prana Spring offers a flexible subscription service that delivers our premium bottled water straight to your door on your schedule. Enjoy peace of mind with automatic deliveries and exclusive savings.

Subscription Options

You can choose from the following delivery frequencies:

  • Delivered every week

  • Delivered every 2 weeks

  • Delivered every month

All subscription plans include:

  • Free delivery (no minimum required)

  • Full control to manage, skip, or cancel anytime

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time by clicking on the “Manage Subscription” link.

Through your subscription portal, you can:

  • Change the delivery frequency

  • Skip an upcoming delivery

  • Update your shipping address or payment method

  • Cancel your subscription

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

To cancel, simply log in to your account and go to the Manage Subscription section, or contact us at info@pranaspring.ae.

Returns & Refunds

Please note: subscription orders are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of damage or incorrect items.
For issues with your delivery, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
