Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • in its original, unopened packaging

  • unused and in the same condition as received

  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be approved in advance. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@pranaspring.ae so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • opened or used items

  • subscription orders that have already been shipped

  • custom or personalized orders

Subscription Orders

Subscription purchases are non-refundable once processed and shipped.
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account under “Manage Subscription”. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel before your next billing date.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@pranaspring.ae.
